If your nerves spike, we’ll be your steady presence—whether it’s a reassuring smile, a few deep breaths together, or handing you that all-important tissue at just the right time.


And while you’re saying “I do,” we’re orchestrating the timeline—coordinating with vendors, cueing the wedding party, and making sure the music swells at just the right moment. From the first kiss to the last dance, the flow of your day is managed seamlessly.


At the reception, you don’t have to think about a single detail. From your grand entrance to toasts, first dances, cake cutting, and transitions, we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on laughing, dancing, and soaking up every moment.

Why We’re Called Yes Ma’am


The heart behind our name started years ago. Back in high school, I was known as the “yes” person—the one people could always count on for help, support, or just a steady hand. Instead of being called the “Yes Man,” my friends gave me a southern-style nickname: the “Yes Ma’am.”

That little phrase stuck with me, and it became the foundation of this business. At Yes Ma’am Events, we live by that same spirit—saying yes, showing up, and making sure you feel fully supported on one of the most important days of your life.

When people ask me why I became an event planner, my answer always comes from the heart: I simply love making people’s day.


For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for creating special moments. I’ve always been the one who notices the little details, who loves bringing people together, and who finds joy in watching others smile. Event planning became a natural extension of that—it allows me to pour my heart into creating experiences that people will never forget.


What I love most about this work isn’t just the flowers, the décor, or the timelines (though those are fun, too!). It’s the feeling of watching a bride’s face light up when she sees her vision come to life. It’s the relief in a parent’s eyes when they realize everything is taken care of. It’s being able to step in so families can truly relax and enjoy the celebration.


On event days, I get to stand behind the scenes, quietly making sure everything runs smoothly, and I wouldn’t trade that for the world. There’s something so special about watching laughter fill a room, hearing the music play, and knowing that in some small way, I helped create that joy.


My heart is happiest when I’m serving others, easing their worries, and giving them the gift of being fully present in their most important moments.
